CAMP DISCLAIMERS

DISCLAIMER

Camp schedules are subject to change. Camps may be changed or cancelled if minimum campers are not met. Destination Camp criteria will be permanently set no less than two (2) months before the first day of camp. Notice of cancellation of the camp, for any reason, will be sent via email at least 60 days before the first day of the camp.

WEATHER POLICY (ALL CAMPS)

Please ensure that your schedule is flexible on the day(s) you are scheduled to attend a Jilly B Camp. In the event of inclement weather, Jilly B Camps will make best faith efforts to secure indoor facilities within 45 minutes drive time of the original facility (you are responsible for your own transport). Jilly B Camps may also modify the hours of the camp to accommodate a full camp’s schedule. For example, if you signed up for a 2 day camp with 6 hours of instruction, then you may play all six hours in one day. If the camp does not complete its hours, future pro-rated credit shall be offered based on the number of incompleted hours. Jilly B camps do not offer refunds in the case of inclement weather or a camper’s prior commitments that do not allow the camper to attend adjusted camp hours. In the event of an Act of God, i.e. hurricane, pandemic, etc, causing the camp to be canceled, then a full credit can be used by you for any future Jilly B Camp.

REFUND POLICY (DESTINATION CAMPS)

All Jilly B camps are non-transferable. In the event a camper cancels their registration for any reason, the refund policy is as follows:

60+ days notice (before camp start date): 90% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
30-60 days notice: 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
8-29 days notice: 0% refund or 50% credit towards a future camp
0-7 days notice: 0% refund and 0% credit towards a future camp

All credits must be applied to a future camp within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless prior approval is granted by Jilly B Camps.

REFUND POLICY (FANTASY CAMPS)

All Jilly B camps are non-transferable. In the event a camper cancels their registration for any reason, the refund policy is as follows:

30+ days notice: 90% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
14-29 days notice: 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
8-14 days notice: 0% refund or 50% credit towards a future camp
0-7 days notice: 0% refund and 0% credit towards a future camp

All credits must be applied to a future camp within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless prior approval is granted by Jilly B Camps.

All Jilly B camps are non-transferable. In the event a camper cancels their registration for any reason, the refund policy is as follows:

14+ days notice: 90% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
9-14 days notice: 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future camp
4-8 days notice: 0% refund or 50% credit towards a future camp
0-3 days notice: 0% refund and 0% credit towards a future camp

All credits must be applied to a future camp within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless prior approval is granted by Jilly B Camps.

MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS

If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from attending camp, please provide a doctor’s note. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review medical-related cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial credit toward a future camp.

WAIVERS

“Jilly B Camps” can refer to: JCB Sports Consulting Inc., Jillian Braverman, and all instructors of the Camp(s).

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I hereby grant full permission and a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, and approval free right and license to Jilly B Camps and its designees, licensees, and assigns to; (i) film, record and/or photograph me while I am at the facility where the Activity occurs and/or while I am participating in and/or observing the Activity (collectively “Recordings”); and (ii) use, publish, post, and/or broadcast all and/or parts of such Recordings either alone and/or in combination with other recordings for any legitimate purpose (including but not limited to commercial advertising, marketing, and promotion) in all forms of media.

INDEMNIFICATION

I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jilly B Camps from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature. Jilly B Camps shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the camper, camper’s family or guests during the Camp or at the Facility of which the Camp is held.

JILLY B CAMPS CANCELLATION POLICY

While rare, Jilly B Camps reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a camp under the following circumstances:

Minimum Enrollment: If a Camp does not reach the required minimums (16 for Fantasy Camps and 48 for Destination Camps) the camp(s) may be cancelled. Notice of cancellation will be sent via email at least 60 days prior to the first day of the Destination Camp or 14 days prior to the Fantasy Camp. In this situation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to another camp.
Coach or Staff Availability: In the unlikely event that Jilly B is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen obligations, Jilly B Camps will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement coach. If a replacement cannot be secured, affected campers will be offered a full refund or credit.
Venue or Location Issues: If the host facility becomes unavailable (e.g., due to closures, maintenance, or emergencies), Jilly B Camps will attempt to secure an alternate facility. If relocation is not possible, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Jilly B Camps is not responsible for campers’ personal travel expenses (airfare, lodging, transportation) in the event of a camp cancellation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
